The rods are also propulsion batteries and total conductors of the Zero Point impulse which means that they are the Source of energy and power supply for any drive and/or object.
Rods are the Source, but a literal Source, of Energy because they work on the principle of self-sustainability, i.e. they don’t require an external (terrestrial) power source that will keep them active. Something that is self-sustainable gives the initial impulse to itself and through that impulse begins the Work which is contionuous (uninterrupted) and that’s Perpetuum mobile. A Source is considered to be something that is able to give itself the initial impulse for activation, work and maintain itself which also means that that same Source, regardless of the purpose, is also the Source of Energy and total conductivity of the same. Only then can that Source and/or device, if we’re speaking about Technology, be called Perpetuum mobile.
