Instructions for registering for Spherein's Information Intelligence and Consulting services, Vril Energy Transformative Medicine - VETOM, and Metatraining
Please fill out the form (registration form) on the right.
Upon receiving your application, we will send you a link for the deposit payment to reserve your appointment via email.
The deposit for reserving an appointment is 100 EUR. The remaining amount is to be paid in cash or via POS terminal upon arrival.
After the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation of your appointment reservation and registration for the Procedure or Training you applied for, along with all other necessary instructions via email.
Cancellation policy
In case of non-arrival of the client for the agreed training or cancellation of the same, the amount paid (full amount or deposit) is not returned.
The amount paid is returned in full in the event that Spherein, as the organizer, cancels the appointment for any reason. Spherein will make a full refund of all paid amounts within a maximum of 10 working days. Spherein is not responsible for airfares, hotel costs, other fares or payments or any similar related or unrelated losses and expenses incurred due to the cancellation of the training program.
No refund policy for applications
After payment, registration fee or deposit for training programs is non-refundable. The registrant can transfer his registration to another training program or appointment organized by Spherein, of which the registrant must inform the organizer within 3 working days. After that deadline, the amount paid is subject to a non-refundable policy for applications.
