Perpetuum mobile has phases and cycles. This movement is a living process. This multidimensional machine cannot be observed as some thing or some machine in the Matrix. Energy which propels the Perpetuum mobile is not from the Matrix. It's a Machine of Atlantis and it exists from the beginning and it will be visible in the Matrix in the moment when the body which can see it is created.
